Let’s get real for a moment – really real. The truth is, staying committed to a health and wellness routine can be daunting. Fear, anxiety, dwindling motivation – all the feels, right? Many of us wake up 100% ready to slay the new year on day 1, and then just weeks, days, or maybe even hours into our new fitness routines, we lose our steam. It happens to the best of us, and it’s totally normal. The good news is, we’ve got everything you need to stay on track. Check that one off your list! If you want some expert advice to help you hang with to your health and wellness plan this year, you only need to make one move: commit to Group Fitness at American Family Fitness. You can balance your training to meet your needs and interests with hundreds of classes to choose from each week. Whether you’re checking in with our top-notch certified Group Fitness Instructors for advice or a casual post-workout selfie (those are fun, y’all! – #amfamfit), or making friends with the warm and welcoming crew of fantastic members, the people at AFF will keep you coming back for more. Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone the first time you step into the studio – we all want to meet you and become your #1 fans. It’s all about you, and you’re in the driver’s seat. No one person needs the exact same blend of classes, movements, programs, or music, so we give you the freedom to pick and choose what works for you. How you craft your best plan it is in your hands, and the good news is – you can’t go wrong! We’ll give you the freedom to make it your own while we show high and low options for all fitness levels, whether you want to lift, step, dance, ride, or stretch your way to a new you. We want you to try it all and find your best mix of classes for the well-rounded fitness routine you crave. Wondering where to start? Arrive a few minutes early to class to meet the Instructor, and try something like POWER, ACTIVE, Yoga Basics, Zumba, Cycle, or Coach by Color45 (in select locations). These are all great choices for first-time participants, or those looking to get back into a long-lost fitness groove
